Sharing our knowledge and passion for weddings, supporting and guiding you every step of the way, including on the day management. Our aim is to help you achieve the most amazing event that reflects you, your style, your tastes, a spectacular day at which both you and your guests will make timeless memories!
Ātaahua is the idyllic garden setting for the wedding you have always dreamed of.... You will be spoilt for choice when looking for the perfect position to recite your wedding vows. After your ceremony, your guests can mingle, wander and explore the grounds, play croquet or petanque, the perfect entertainment while you have photographs. Your romantic garden wedding will be complete with your reception in our traditional marquee, or maybe you would prefer our elegant indoor alternative.
WINTER PACKAGE
We offer a special package, exclusive to the Winter months, which includes venue hire, celebrant, photographer, catering, bar tab, wedding cake, florals and a DJ !! Making the planning process a breeze, simply invite your guests, get yourselves here, then sit back and enjoy as our team of experts take care of the rest.

Love is Love, if you have found that perfect someone and wish to make it official Ātaahua is a LBGQT+ marriage friendly venue. Gather family and friends to celebrate in awe-inspiring style, glitz, glamor the works… your day in your way!
EAT, DRINK & BE MERRY
Anything from formal fine dining to casual food trucks and all that in-between. Understanding that the type, style and service of food can greatly alter the mood of an event we allow you to work with your own selected professional catering company to nourish your guests.
Ātaahua is fully licensed, bar staff and a duty manager are provided for all events.
NATURE'S CONFETTI
Occasionally mother nature doesn't get the memo, but no need to panic, we are lucky enough to have two reception spaces, a garden marquee and an elegant function room. Whichever is not set for the evening formalities becomes our back up wet weather alternative. Phew!
